About the Role
LexoraTech is entering an exciting new chapter — we have multiple big products launching in the coming months and we need a creative force to bring them to the world. You won't just manage social media. You'll be the voice behind product launches, the brain behind campaigns, and the person who makes sure our work gets the attention it deserves — globally.
Key Skills
What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market strategy for our upcoming product launches — from teaser to launch day
- Create high-impact content — copy, carousels, short-form video, email sequences — across all channels
- Build and manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube presence from the ground up
- Design launch campaigns that generate real leads and measurable growth
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize — reach, engagement, conversions
- Work directly with the founding team to shape LexoraTech's global brand story
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to every meeting
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy
- Strong written English — you write copy that people actually want to read
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts with real results to show
- Creative eye — you can visualize a campaign before it exists
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly
- Bonus: experience with product launches, SaaS marketing, or B2B campaigns
