Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage and session storage keep information in your browser for features such as preferences or conversation history. This policy covers these similar technologies as well as cookies.

Display and privacy preferences

We store your selected light or dark theme in local storage so your display choice is remembered. We also store your analytics choice and the date it was recorded. These preferences remain until changed, replaced, or cleared in your browser.

Assistant and security

If you use the assistant, session storage keeps the conversation available during the browser session. This does not itself send an enquiry; messages you send and enquiry forms are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Authorised administrator sign-in uses a session cookie to protect the private workspace. Hosting and security providers may also use technologies needed to deliver and protect their services. Ordinary visitors do not need an administrator session.

Optional analytics and attribution

Google Analytics is optional. Its scripts require a configured and activated analytics integration and your analytics consent. Where enabled, Google may set analytics cookies under its own service settings. We do not use optional analytics consent as a condition of submitting an enquiry.

After analytics consent, the site can remember limited first and last source categories and landing-page paths for attribution. These browser records expire after 30 days. Their purpose is to understand how visitors reach the service, without adding contact information or enquiry text to analytics events.

Managing your choices

Use Cookie Preferences below or in the footer to accept, refuse, or withdraw optional analytics consent. Refusal or withdrawal clears application-controlled attribution and attempts to remove supported analytics cookies; you can also clear cookies directly in your browser.

Browser settings let you inspect, block, or delete cookies and local or session storage. Clearing storage can reset your theme and privacy choices and remove the assistant conversation from that browser. Blocking essential storage may affect some site features.

External services

When you follow a booking, social, or other external link, the destination website controls its own cookies and storage. Review that service’s policy and settings before using it.
