We agree fixed-price milestones after reviewing your current process, access, integrations, and acceptance requirements. There is no universal system price or five-day deadline. Third-party subscriptions, data migration, ongoing support, and any changes are identified in the written scope.
A useful starting brief describes who uses the workflow, where information arrives, what happens next, and where it gets stuck. We can work with an existing website or system; a complete rebuild is not always needed.
